E-Invoice
The e-Invoice is one of our services, which, perhaps, is at the same time the simplest way for a company to implement an environmentally friendly approach to business activity. By choosing Latvenergo’s e-Invoice service, our customers receive the following additional benefits:
- time savings, because the e-Invoice is received by e-mail on the day following the submission of meter readings;
- 5 extra days for payment of the invoice, provided that the total specified term for payment of invoices does not exceed 20 days;
- ease of invoice processing by downloading them in Excel format, providing additional features:
- filtering and analysing data across various parameters, e.g. for specific invoice items or connection objects;
- quick and easy uploading of data into your company’s accounting or planning systems with zero data input errors.
